Created in October 2021, GleanUX is currently run solely by its founder, Sushrut Mangeshikar.
Sushrut kicked off his UX career in March 2018, after working as a research analyst in corporate finance for 2 years.
As someone who started from scratch, Sushrut found it challenging while learning the fundamentals and nuances in UX, and wished that there were simpler and a more affordable options for newbies like him.
